Recently I've become interested in computer programs for the legal profession. With the help of a software engineer, I've built several iPad and iPhone applications, a few for use in Texas but most for use in other jurisdictions. Some are "utility" applications, such as CS Calc, which enables the user to calculate how much a person must pay in child support in Texas. Others are "reference" applications. These applications consist of searchable versions of procedural law. Click on the "Rules" tab above to see the available "reference" applications.
Yes, our iPhone applications cost money, but not much, and they enjoy the benefit of having been created by a thirty-year attorney who is Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (that attorney being myself).
All kidding aside, I stand by my work. If you have any problem with any of these applications, I will solve that problem. If you just don't like them, I will refund your money in full, no questions asked.
Suggestions for additional applications are welcome. Drop me a line anytime at jverner101 at vernerlegal dot com.
